Cancellation policy: Please provide 24 hr notice for cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the full groom. Emergencies will be considered.
To ensure efficient scheduling and serve all our clients promptly, please note that appointments must start on time. If you're 15 min. late, we may need to reschedule or modify groom.

No walk-ins or knocking on the door, as they disrupt ongoing sessions. Kindly text to schedule an appointment.
CAUTION: If your dog is nervous, rarely comes downtown and has a loose collar, attempting to force them inside may lead to slipping out. Ensure your dogs are securely leashed. Please handle with care and allow them time.
