Give us a text so we can plan accordingly for your dogs individual needs and desired services. Texting is the best way to get a hold of us and set an appointment. Please leave a detailed message and specify your breed(s), age and the groom you're looking for.

Please provide 24 hr notice for cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the full groom. Emergencies will be considered. This policy allows us to continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. Please note that rescheduling for longer appointments (2.5-3hr) may make it challenging to secure a new appointment close to your original date.

To ensure efficient scheduling and serve all our clients promptly, please note that appointments must start on time. Grooming appointments have a 15-minute grace period. If you’re late but we can still take you, we’ll charge from the original start time and may need to modify services. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged in full. Nail trims have a 5-minute grace period and follow the same policy.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for pick-up, we will begin charging our standard rate of $100/hour. Please keep in mind that this can affect the next dog's one-on-one appointment, and some dogs are not friendly with others, which may prevent us from taking the next scheduled appointment.

No walk-ins or knocking on the door, as they disrupt ongoing sessions. If we are currently working on your dog, please avoid the doors and windows, as this can excite your pup and make the process more challenging. Please text us to check in instead.

CAUTION: IF YOUR DOG IS NERVOUS, RARELY COMES DOWNTOWN AND HAS A LOOSE COLLAR, ATTEMPTING TO FORCE THEM INSIDE MAY LEAD TO SLIPPING OUT. ENSURE YOUR DOGS ARE SECURELY LEASHED. PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE AND ALLOW THEM TIME.
